La Route de la Nouvelle-France Identified with signs illustrating the Coat of Arms of the Nouvelle-France, this 50 kilometer trail invites you to wind along the magnificent and historical avenue Royale (Route 360), passing through the beautiful municipalities of Boischatel, L’Ange-Gardien, Château-Richer, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Beaupré and Saint-Joachim.
This old route, probably the oldest in Quebec, reveals close to thirty attractions depicting the culture, heritage, history, as well as agrotourism, all adding to the spectacular scenery and atmosphere of this old historical route.

Named after a prominent athlete of the region, Véloroute Marie-Hélène-Prémont covers 55 kilometres over a substantial portion of Côte-de-Beaupré.
This cycling route runs through seven towns and municipalities of the region: Boischatel, L’Ange-Gardien, Château-Richer, Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, Beaupré, Saint-Joachim and Saint-Ferréol-les-Neiges.
The bicycle route is on a designated low-speed (50 km/h) road. It opens new vistas and gives the cyclist a new appreciation of the many charms of Avenue Royale, which is also justly referred to as Route de la Nouvelle-France. Combine nature, culture and sport as you enjoy a long ride that is an extension of the bicycle trail that starts at Chute Montmorency.
It can end either at the Cap Tourmente wildlife reserve or at Mont-Saint-Anne, the mecca of mountain biking.

Archeology uncovers memories by digging out of the ground traces of bygone ways of life. Walking, cycling or driving over a distance of 10 km, you’ll discover the rich archeological heritage of Saint-Joachim and Cap Tourmente that was unearthed by archeologists over the years.
The circuit starts at the central panel, on de l’Église Street, next to the Saint-Joachim town hall (April 15 to November 1).
